Construction has already begun on the first phase of the project.
Bookings for the parcels still ongoing, with the prices for 3 bedrooms being at 6.6 million and for the two bedrooms being at 6.2 million.

The foundation walling is complete.
Block J
The excavation works is completed and the foundation walling at
90% completion level.
Block K
The excavation works is nearly completed with excavation
taking longer due to rock excavation.
Block L
The excavation works is completed and mass concrete blinding
done. Steel fixing is ongoing.
Block M
The construction of foundation walling is in progress.
Block N
The excavation work is at completion 95% completion level.
Block P
Setting out has been done in readiness for excavations to
commence.
Block Q
Laying of steel reinforcement to strip footing is complete and concreting to strip footing ongoing.
