Construction is underway for the first phase of the project.Bookings for the parcels still ongoing, with the prices for 3 bedrooms being at 6.6 million and for the two bedrooms being at 6.2 million.
This is the site progress report during the month of June
Block H
The ground floor walling in complete as well as the ground floor
columns. Form work to the first floor slab is done while fixing of
reinforcement to beams and slab is 50% complete.
Block J
The ground floor columns were cast and ground floor walling
has been completed. The fixing of form work to first floor slab is
in progress.
Block K
Back filling to foundation was completed, the BRC mesh and
DPM laid. Casting of the ground floor slab is ongoing.
Block L
Ground floor columns and walling was completed and fixing of
form work to first floor slab is now in progress.
Block M
Casting of the ground floor slab was done. Construction of
ground floor columns and walling is complete and currently
fixing of form work to first floor slab is ongoing.
Fixing of reinforcement to beams is also in progress.
Block N
Back filling was completed as well as anti-termite treatment,
laying of DPM and BRC and the ground floor slab cast. Walling
on the ground floor has also been completed.
Block P
The ground floor slab was cast, columns on the ground floor are
at 95% completion level and the ground floor walling is 95% done.
